+15 Cabbage Kofta Recipe 2023

Batter For Making Koftas Is Ready.


The finely minced cabbage with a hint of carrot is mixed with besan flour and deep fried. Blend tomatoes, green chilies and ginger to a puree. Keep this aside for 15 minutes after mixing well.

Take Enough Oil In A Pan And Heat It Sufficiently.


Add the chopped cabbage and scrambled paneer in a wide bowl and add salt. Do not add any water, as cabbage is known to ooze out water on its own. Preparation of cabbage kofta (dumplings) in a bowl add shredded cabbage, gram flour, coriander, red chilli powder, jeera powder and salt.

Add Chopped Green Chilly, Salt, Red Chilly Powder, Coriander Powder, Some Green Coriander And 4 To 5 Tbsp Gram Flour To It.


Heat coconut oil in a kadai, add cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, red green chilli, curry leaves saute it well. Grate the cabbage just before when you to make your curry, else grated cabbage will leave water. Mix all ingredients really well.

Cabbage Kofta Is A Rich Dish Which Is Ideal For Small Get Together, Parties Or Some Special.


Fry the koftas in small batches; In a mixing bowl, take the finely chopped cabbage, ajwain/carom seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, asafoetida/hing,. Roll them into small dumplings, called the kofta.
